Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code:45000000-7 (Construction Works),45330000-9 (Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works),45310000-3 (Electrical Installation Works).3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Movable Furniture (I.E. Chairs, Armchairs, Beds, Tables, Tables, Sofas), Indicated In The Detailed Interior Designs For Individual Company Apartments Covered By The Subject Order, Constituting Annexes To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4. The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Should Be Treated As Auxiliary Material. The Risk Of Correct Determination Of The Bill Of Quantities And Costs Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Borne By The Contractor.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Caution When Carrying Out The Works, In Particular To Ensure Appropriate Security, Supervision Of The Work Area During The Works, And Keeping The Work Area In Good Order.7. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility. Noisy And Disruptive Works May Be Performed After The Dates Have Been Agreed In Writing With The Ordering Party. Related To The Preparation Of The Work Site, All Preparatory, Dismantling, Demolition, Security, Reconstruction, Finishing, Assembly, Cleaning Works, Cleaning Including Window Washing, Measurements, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies In Paper Version And In 2 Copies In Electronic Version On A Data Carrier (In .Pdf Format), Removal Of Waste Along With Their Disposal. The Contractor Does Not Bear The Costs Related To The Supply Of Utilities For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order (Water, Energy).11. A High Standard Of Work Should Be Adopted.12. If Anywhere In The Swz, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, It Should Be Understood That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And The Ordering Party Allows Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
