The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Second Stage Of The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Nakło Volunteer Fire Department Building For Social Purposes, Consisting Of Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Building And The Modernization Of The Heating Installation Along With The Installation Of Renewable Energy Sources. The Building Covered By The Investment Is A Two-Story Structure (Ground Floor And First Floor), Without A Basement. The Building Consists Of Two Parts: A Two-Story Main Part And A Single-Story Annex On The West Side. The Facility Serves As A Station Of The Volunteer Fire Department. The Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Under This Order Includes In Particular: • Replacement Of Window Frames With New Ones That Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations Regarding Technical Conditions (Wt 2021), • Insulation Of Walls In The Ground, • Insulation Of Walls Above Ground, • Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation Along With The Replacement Of The Existing Heat Source In The Form Of Gas-Powered Heaters With An Air-To-Air Heat Pump (Split System),• Construction And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation,• Construction And Installation Of A Commemorative Plaque Informing About Co-Financing Of The Project From European Union Funds, In Accordance With The Program Guidelines And Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility. The Implementation Of The Works Is A Continuation Of The Works Started In The First Stage Of The Investment. Some Of The Works Specified In The Design Documentation Have Already Been Performed And Are Not The Subject Of This Order. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting The Annexes To The Procedure. Note! The Ordering Party Informs That The Design Documentation Attached To This Procedure Includes A Comprehensive Study Regarding The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Nakło Volunteer Fire Department Building For Social Purposes, Including, Among Others: Construction Works, Interior Works, Installation Works, Land Development And Photovoltaic Installation. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Indicates That Some Of The Works Provided For In The Design Documentation Have Already Been Completed As Part Of The First Stage Of The Investment. The Subject Of This Procedure Is Only The Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out In The Second Stage Of The Investment. The Scope Of The Works Covered By This Procedure Has Been Specified In Detail In The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. The Door Shown In The Design Documentation Was Completed As Part Of The First Stage Of The Investment And Is Not The Subject Of This Order. Only The Remaining Part Of The Joinery Remains To Be Implemented As Part Of This Procedure, Which Was Not Included In The Design Documentation And Was Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Procedure.
