Strawczyn, Precinct 0009 Promnik, Piekoszów Rural Area, Precinct: 0011 - Micigózdplots Of Road/Roads: - Strawczyn, Precinct 0009 Promnik, Registered Plot No. 768, 487/1, 462/1, 461/1, 449/1,686/2, 678/1, 673/1, 857/1, 672/1, 671/1, 670/1, 669/1, 669/15.- Piekoszów, District: 0011 - Micigózd, Plot No. 396/1. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build System And Consists Of Two Stages: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation,• Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining The Appropriate Permit For The Implementation Of Works Based On The Functional And Utility Program.• Conducting An Inventory Of The Area In Order To Correctly Identify The Field Conditions Necessary For The Correct Estimation Of Costs And The Scope Of Design And Construction Works.• Including In The Design Documentation All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Sidewalk, E.G. Reconstruction/Construction Of Exits, Inclusions At Intersections, Reconstruction/Construction/Replacement. Culverts, Strengthening Of Slopes And Slopes Of Ditches, Collisions With Technical Infrastructure, Construction/Reconstruction Of Drainage, Construction Of A Service Channel (If Required), Street Lighting, Construction Of Sidewalks, Road Surfaces, Etc.• Agreement On The Concept And Documentation With The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Road Authority In Kielce And The Ordering Party.• Arrangements With The Ordering Party Regarding The Technical Solutions Used At The Design Stage.• Obtaining All Necessary Consents And Arrangements For The Implementation Of The Task.• Obtaining An Appropriate Permit To Carry Out The Works.• Development And Approval Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project. B) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation. The Task Includes: • Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Along The Provincial Road No. 786: - From Km 104+290 To Km 104+640 (Right Side) - From Km 105+100 To Km 105+537 (Left Side Behind The Screens)• Designation Of A Pedestrian Crossing Through Dw No. 786 Along With The Construction Of New Sections Of The Sidewalk, • Reconstruction Or, If Necessary, Construction Of Regular Exits, • Execution Of Accompanying Works, Including: - Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing Through Dw No. 786 With Lighting In Dedicated Transition Sections, - Execution Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings For Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes And Roads, Including An Active Sign Within The Pedestrian Crossing Through Dw No. 786, - Construction Of Traffic Safety Devices Road, - Reconstruction Or, If Necessary, Construction Of A Road Drainage System, - Construction Of A Technological Canal - If Neces
