1. Subject Of The Order: 1) The Order Covers The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Municipal Road No. 005529F As Part Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of Roads In Kalsk, On The Property Marked In The Land Register With Number 246/9, In The Cadastral Area 0009 Of The City Of Kalsk, With A Total Length Of Approx. 529 M.2) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Notification Of The Execution Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order. 3) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using New Own Materials, Which He Will Purchase And Deliver To The Work Site At His Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of Purchase And Delivery In Place Of Installation Of All Materials Used To Implement The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Materials Used During The Implementation Of The Works Must Be Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations.4) Demolition Materials Are The Property Of The Employer.5) The Use Of Copper-Based Aggregate Is Not Allowed In Road Works.6) The Works Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Requirements Arising From The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 1411), In Particular In The Scope Of Eliminating Architectural Barriers.7) The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Solely On The Basis Of Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Reservation Does Not Apply To Persons Employed To Perform The Functions Of Construction Manager And Works Manager.
