The Main Goal Of The Above-Mentioned Investment Task Is To Ensure A Reduction In The Value Of Capacitive Reactive Energy Consumption By At Least 95% And Ensuring That Any Possible Inductive Reactive Power Is Limited To The Level Of The Tan Φ Parameter Below The Value Of 0.4 For At Least 95% Of The Operating Time Of The Device/Compensator In Relation To The State Before The Order Was Placed With The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Delivery Of A Brand New Device/Compensator, - Transport To The Installation Site, - Installation In A Free-Standing Housing In The Boiler Room - Ground Floor Of The Starosty Building - Making Electrical Connections, - Configuration And Commissioning, - Carrying Out Measurements And Functional Tests, - Training Of Staff, - Providing Technical And As-Built Documentation.
