1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medical And Surgical Clothing As Well As Medical And Surgical Footwear For The Medical Staff Of The University Clinical Hospital. Fryderyk Chopin In Rzeszów, Ul. Szopena 2 And Ul. Rycerska 2, Including: Medical Clothing.2. A Detailed Description Of The Items Of The Order, Approximate Quantities Of Deliveries And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Are Specified In The Price And Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz For Part No. 1, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz. Information On The Principles Of Delivery Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Items Of The Order In The Quantities Specified In The Price And Offer Form, Part No. 1 (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.4. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz For Part No. 1: A) Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Mentions Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. A Contractor Who Refers In His Offer To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate In His Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Pzp, That The Solutions Proposed By Him Meet To An Equivalent Extent The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. B) Whenever In This Tor The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Performance Or Functionality Requirements, Including Environmental Requirements, Provided That The Given Parameters Are Ultimately Precise To Enable The Contractor To Determine The Subject Of The Contract And The Ordering Party To Award The Contract, The Ordering Party Accepts Offers In Accordance With The Polish Standard Transposing The European Standard, With The Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Area An Economic Operator Transposing European Standards, With A European Technical Assessment, With A Common Technical Specification, With An International Standard Or With A Technical Reference System Established By A European Standardization Body, If Those Standards, Technical Assessments, Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Concern Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority, Provided That The Economic Operator Proves In Its Tender, In Particular By Means Of Substantive Evidence Referred To In Article 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Deliveries Meet The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
