1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Street Lighting. Józefczaka On The Section From The Intersection With Al. Kopernika To Ul. Wojska Polskiego And Al. Kopernika On The Section From The Intersection With Al. Tysiąclecia To Ul. Szaflarska In Nowy Targ.2. The Scope Of Works Will Include: Demolition Of Existing Steel And Concrete Poles Embedded In The Ground And Installation Of New Galvanized Steel Poles On Prefabricated Foundations In The Same Location And Construction Of Strip-And-Rod Earth Electrodes. Disassembly Of Existing Sodium Lighting Fixtures And Installation Of New Lighting Fixtures Made In Led Technology. Performing The Necessary Trimming Of Branches And Installing Electrical Sockets On Poles.3. The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation Prepared By Mr. Eng. Jarosław Kolasa Running A Business Under The Name Projekty Instalacji Elektrycznych Ul. Długa 7, 34 400 Nowy Targ.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With The Price Components Given In The Tender Offer, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount, The Final Settlement Will Be Based On A Cost Estimate After The Order Is Completed, With The Price Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, 2/ The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of Performing A Given Operation, Necessary For Its Implementation, 3/ The Contractor Will Design And Approve Changes In The Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Will Make And Install Appropriate Signage, 4/ The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Improper Performance Of The Work Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Work Site, 5/ The Contractor Shall Perform All Obligations At Its Own Expense The Producer And Holder Of Waste, Including The Disposal Of Used Sodium Lamps, Concrete Foundations, Metal Poles And The Management Of Waste Generated During The Provision Of The Service In Accordance With Applicable Law. At The Request Of The Municipal Office, The Contractor Will Present Confirmation Of Waste Disposal In Accordance With Generally Applicable Regulations, 6/ All Necessary Materials Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring The Related Costs), 7/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions On The Construction Site And Its Surroundings, 8/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude A Civil Liability Insurance Contract For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents, 9/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply The Regulations On Environmental Protection And Traffic Safety While Carrying Out The Works.
