The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is The Organization And Conduct Of A Category B Driving License Course (Including Medical Examinations And Issuing A Certificate, As Well As Paying For The First Attempt At The State Examination And, If Necessary, One Resit Examination, I.E. Theoretical And/Or Practical) For 23 Participants Of The Project Positive Future Plus. Promotion Of Foster Parenthood, Support For Existing Foster Families And People Becoming Independent And Leaving Family Or Institutional Care. The Training Participants Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party. 5. The Group Of Driving Course Participants Will Consist Only Of People Referred By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Project Participants Being Joined To Other Groups Of Students.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate The Participation Of Participants Who Are People With Special Needs Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2240, As Amended).7. The Classes Should Take Place In The Administrative Area Of ​​The City Of Olsztyn, At A Time Convenient For The Participants.
