1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Expansion Of The Village Community Center In Chustki, Szydłowiec Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, I.E.: A) Architectural And Construction Design For The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Service Building (Village Community Center) In Chustki, Commune. Szydłowiec - Annex No. 7 To The Swz, B) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 9 Note: Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To Above And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractors Offer Should Include All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, Ensuring Its Proper And Effective Functioning. If Any Discrepancies Are Noticed Between Individual Elements Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask The Ordering Party For Clarification Before Submitting The Offer. As Part Of The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Expects The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, In Particular When These Works Are Provided For In Any Of The Tender Documents Or Their Execution Results From The Adopted Technology Or For Other Reasons Is Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. Just As The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Contractor When Valuing The Subject Of The Order, The Offer Cost Estimate Will Serve As Information For The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Examining And Assessing The Submitted Offers. The Values ​​Of Individual Items Will Be Helpful, E.G. In Determining The Amount Of Replacement Works. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.2 Act. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For Including All Works. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works: - Roof Structure, Covering, Sheet Metal Work; - Installation Of Window And Door Joinery; - Insulation Of Building Walls, Facade Plaster; - Internal Plasters, Painting; - Flooring; - Ceiling Construction With Plasterboards; - Terrace Made Of Concrete Paving Stones; - Internal Electrical Installation; - Lightning Protection And Grounding Installation; - Installation Of An Air Conditioner With Adapted Performance. To The Facility (Min. 5.3 Kw With Heating Function); - Cleaning Works.
