1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Operation Of The Hydrological Monitoring Measurement Network Located In The Life13 Nat/Pl/000050 Project Area And The Preparation And Delivery Of Monitoring Reports To The Ordering Party. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Life13 Nat/Pl/000050 Project Renaturalization Of The Hydrographic Network In The Central Basin Of The Biebrza Valley. Stage Ii., Co-Financed By The Life Financial Instrument Of The European Commission, The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management And The Biebrza National Park. 2. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Field And Chamber Work.3. As Part Of The Field Work, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Read Measurement Data From 32 Automatic Groundwater Level Recorders (Divers) Placed In Piezometers, After The End Of The Hydrological Year 2026. Before Reading Data From The Recorder, You Must First Manually Measure The Water Level In The Piezometer. The Approximate Location Of The Piezometers Is Presented In Annex No. 10.2) Reading Measurement Data From 16 Automatic Recorders Of Surface Water Levels Placed In Rivers (Water Gauges), After The End Of The Hydrological Year 2026. Before Reading Data From The Recorder, You Must First Perform A Manual Measurement Of The Water Level (Position Of The Water Table In Relation To The Leveled Water Gauge). The Approximate Location Of The Water Gauges Is Presented In Annex No. 10.3) Reading Measurement Data From The Automatic Recorder Of Atmospheric Pressure Changes (Barodiver), After The End Of The Hydrological Year 2026, Which Is Used For Barometric Compensation. The Approximate Location Of The Recorder Is Presented In Annex No. 10.4) The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor, For The Duration Of The Order, With A Reader For Reading Data From Automatic Recorders Of Water Level/Pressure Changes And Appropriate Software.5) Measurements Of River Flow Intensity In 9 Measurement Sections On The Following Watercourses: A) Ełk In The Town Of Modzelówka, B) Ełk (Above The Mouth Of The Jegrznia), C) Ełk (Below The Mouth Jegrzni),D) Ełk (Below The Mouth Of The Woźnawiejski Canal),E) Rudzki Canal In The Town Of Modzelówka,F) Jegrznia (The Town Of Ciszewo),G) Jegrznia (The Town Of Kuligi),H) Woźnawiejski Canal (Below The Weir), I) Woźnawiejski Canal (Below The Last Damming Threshold). Four Measurements Of The Water Flow Rate Should Be Made In The Measurement Cross-Sections In The Hydrological Year 2026. Before Starting The Measurement - During Each Measurement Series - The Measurement Cross-Section Should Be Cleaned Of Branches, Leaves And Any Plant Blockages, Eliminating Any Disturbances In The Stream Stream. Measuring Cross-Sections Are Located At Points Where The Water Level Is Monitored Using Water Gauges, Where Automatic Recorders Of Surface Water Levels Are Installed.
