The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Two Stages: 1) Stage Ia - Including The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Ed5a, Ed5b Screens, The Wicket In The Ep17a-L Screen, Along With Descent To The Ground Level And Obtaining Implementation Consent Authorizing The Commencement Of Works, Consisting In Particular Of: A) Construction And Technical Design Developed In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law And Implementing Regulations; B) All Decisions, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law, If They Are Required, And The Decisions Should Be Final Or Immediately Enforceable; C) Detailed Designs Of All Necessary Industries; D) Permanent Traffic Organization Design, If Necessary; E) Temporary Traffic Organization Design; F) Bills Of Quantities; G) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.2) Stage Ib - Including The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For Ed1 - Ed4, Ed6 Acoustic Screens, Ed8, Ed9 And The Ed7 Screen Along With A Gate And Access To The Tram Platform From The Level Of The Existing Route On Plot No. 801/13 Rev.
