The Subject Of The Order Is Work Related To The Following: Modernization Of An Existing Building For The Needs Of The Municipal Civil Defense And Civil Defense Warehouse In Tarnowiec. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Groups Of Works: - Demolition Of The Roof, Walls, Floors, Internal Installations - Modernization Of The Steel Structure Of The Roof With A New Roof Covering Made Of Sandwich Panels With Supplementary Works (Exhaust Ventilation Of The Hall) - Modernization Of Walls With Replacement Of Filling Walls, Installation Of Window And Door Joinery, Installation Of Gates, Insulation Of Walls, Protection Of Foundations With A Retaining Wall And Reconstruction Of The Buildings Fender, - Works Modernization Of Floors, Including Reinforcement Of The Substructure, Construction Of A Troweled Industrial Floor With Surface Reinforcement - Works On Electrical Installations, Lighting, Sockets, Monitoring, Lightning Protection And Protection Systems - Works On Water Supply And Sanitary Sewage Systems. During The Implementation Of The Investment, The Ordering Party Assumes The Occurrence Of Temporary Works Related Only To The Arrangement Of The Construction Site, Maintaining Safe Conditions Of Use And Fire Protection. Nearby Road Infrastructure Elements And Other Buildings. The Costs Resulting From The Execution Of The Above Works Are Obliged To Be Included In The Price Of The Prepared Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation - A Complete Inspection Report In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, The Requirements For The Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Provisions Of This Contract, Including Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Materials Used And Operating And Use Instructions, Prepared In A Structured Form Enabling Easy Review By The Ordering Party And Construction Supervision Authorities, And The Report Should Be Complete, With A Table Of Contents And Appropriate Annotations. Technical, And Delivered On The Day Of Reporting The Acceptance Of Works Specified In The Contract. The Scope Of Work Consists In Carrying Out The Work Specified In The Technical Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities, Taking Into Account The Nature Of The Work And The Place Of Implementation. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Includes: Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications. Demolition Materials Suitable For Re-Installation Should Be Transported To The Place Indicated By The Investor. Other Materials Unsuitable For Reuse Become The Property Of The Contractor.
