The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Laboratory Equipment For The Following Tasks: Task No. 1 - Electric Water Distiller Described In Detail In Annex No. 3 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Place Of Delivery: Tissue Culture Laboratory Of The Botanical Garden Of The University Of Wrocław, Ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 23, 50-335 Wrocław (1St Floor) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Instruction In The Operation And Maintenance Of Individual Devices For Two Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Instruction Date Cannot Be Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Delivery.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 4 To The Swz Draft Provisions Of The Contract Specifying The Scope And Conditions Of Service Provision.
