The Buildings Facades Are Designed Using Structural-Silicate Plasters In Light Gray And Green Colors. The Window Joinery Is Designed As Pvc Or Aluminum, In Anthracite Color. The Roof Is Designed As Flat With A Slope Of 3°, Covered With Roofing Felt Or A Waterproofing Membrane. Sheet Metal Flashings And Gutter Systems Are To Be Made Of Anthracite-Colored Stainless Steel. The Building Should Be Equipped With Sanitary And Electrical Installations.
