Krowoderski Zuchów, For The Municipal Greenery Management Board In Krakow.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 The Subject Of The Proceedings And Order Is An Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Zzm/Diw/O-Iv-15/26 Modernization Of Dragon Square At Ul. Krowoderski Scouts. 1.3 The Investment Area Is Located On Plot No. 167/32, District 44, Unit Krowodrza Records. 1.4 The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Existing Design Documentation Developed In 2023 And Its Update From 2025. 1.5 The Order Should Include The Basic Scope And Possibly The Scopes Covered By The Option Right, In Whole Or In Part, Available To The Ordering Party (These Scopes Are Indicative Only And Their Exact Scope And Method Of Development Should Be Read From The Design Documentation), With The Following: 1.5.1 Basic Scope - Demolition Works, Replanting Trees Within The Playground, Removal Of Trees That Do Not Require Decisions, Construction Of A Safe Epdm Surface, Paving Works, Installation Of Small Architecture Objects And Playground Equipment: Dragon, Modular Bench - Arched Module With A Backrest, Straight Module With A Backrest And A Straight Module Without A Backrest, Conceptual Board With A Board, Restoration Of Lawns, Carrying Out An As-Built Inventory. 1.5.2 Scope Of Option No. 1 - Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of New Pedestrian Routes Made Of Paving Stones Including The Use Of The Dog-Stop Structure At The Entrances, Performing An As-Built Inventory.1.5.3 Scope Of Option No. 2 - Installation Of Chess/Picnic Sets, Installation Of Strength Equipment (Twister/Pendulum, Runner And Foot Press/Rowing Machine) After Their Renovation, Performing An As-Built Inventory.1.6 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Rights In Whole Or In Part Regarding The Scope Of Options No. 1 And 2 In Whole Or In Part, Specified, Among Others, In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E.
