The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Rationalization Of Energy Consumption In The Kindergarten Building In Masłowice, Located On The Plot No. 323/5, District 0014 Masłowice4.2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes In Particular Construction, Installation And Renovation Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Public Local Government Kindergarten In Masłowice And The Renovation Of The Premises, Including In Particular: 1) Thermal Modernization Of The Kindergarten Building, Including: A) Construction Industry, Including: Dismantling And Security Works; Earthworks Including Foundation Insulation; Installation Of Window Joinery And Joinery Doors; Construction Of Attics; Insulation Of External Walls With Polystyrene Boards; Construction Of Roof Coverings, Installation Of Gutters, Downpipes And Sheet Metal Flashings; Construction Of Flat Roofs; Installation Of External Window Sills Made Of Coated Sheet Metal; Development Of The Area Around The Building;B) Electrical Industry, Including: Dismantling Works And Associated Works Construction, Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With An Energy Storage Facility, Installation Of A Lightning Protection Installation, Installation Of Plug Sockets And Lighting, Implementation Of A Building Power Supply System On The Low Voltage (Lv) Side, Installation Of Electrical Switchboards; C) Sanitary Industry, Including: Installation Of A Ground Heat Pump, Installation Of Underfloor Heating And Installation Of Low-Temperature Radiators, Implementation Of A Domestic Hot Water Installation With Tank Cooperating With A Heat Pump, - Installation Of Hybrid Attachments Supporting Ventilation; 2) Renovation Of The Kindergarten Premises, Including In Particular: - Preparatory, Disassembly And Internal Demolition Works; - Brickwork; - Cladding, Flooring And Plastering Works; - Painting Works; - Carpentry And Locksmith Works; - Execution Of Internal Electrical Installation; 4.4. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including Explanations Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure. 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractor Should Base The Price Of The Offer On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4.1) And Stwiorb.
