The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Under The Task Titled: Renovation Of The District Road Dp 3926E - From The Town Of Przerąb To The Border Of The Commune Towards The Town Of Cieśle, On A Section Of Approx. 1,400 Meters On The Plot With Registration No. 561, 1058, 21, District 0016 Przerąb, 1,400 Meters Long. 4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works; 2) Earthworks; 3) Road Construction; 4) Height Adjustment Of The On-Ramp Curb And Exits; 5) Renovation Of Ground Roadsides Improved With 0.75 M Wide Crushed Aggregate 6) Execution Of A 5 Cm Thick Leveling And Binding Layer; 7) Execution Of A 4 Cm Thick Wearing Course Cm;8) External Equipment;9) Renovation Of 1 Piece Of Culvert With A Diameter Of 1000 Mm;10) Renovation Of 2 Pieces Of Culvert With A Diameter Of 600 Mm; Length Of The Road Being Renovated: 1,400.00 M; Area Of The Renovated Mineral-Bituminous Road: 7,580.00 M2 Area Of Roadsides (Paved With Aggregate): 1,711.90 M2 To The Contractors Tasks Also Includes: 1) Execution, Development And Installation Of Signs In Accordance With The Permanent Traffic Organization Project. 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 3) Surveying Services And Carrying Out An As-Built Surveying Inventory. 4) Cleaning And Finishing Works.4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Construction Design, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) For Each Industry, 3) Bill Of Quantities, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.3. 1), Stwiorb. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4. 1), Swz And Stwiorb.
