1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Commercial Premises No. 72 U With An Area Of ​​166.40 M², Located On The Ground Floor Of A Multi-Family Building For The Needs Of The Public Library At Ul. Awionetki Rwd 1 In Warsaw. The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Residential Building, Which Will Remain In Use Throughout The Period Of The Works. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize And Carry Out The Works In Such A Way That They Have The Least Possible Impact On The Residents. The Works Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Current Functioning Of The Residential Premises, In A Way That Minimizes Nuisances, In Particular Those Related To Noise, Dust And Pollution. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Appropriate Technical And Organizational Solutions To Limit These Impacts And To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Use Of The Building By Its Residents. The Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract In Particular Includes: Preparatory Works, Including: • Organization Of The Facilities • Securing The Area Basic Works: • Construction Works • Installation Works • Finishing Works Accompanying Works: • Transport Of Materials • Landscaping The Ordering Party Stipulates That All Materials (Products) Indicated By Name In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. This Means That In The Case Of The Materials And Products Indicated By Name, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials (Products), Of No Lower Quality Than Those Described In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Burden Of Proving That The Material (Product) Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Person Submitting The Offer (Article 101(5) Of The Public Procurement Law). In Such A Case, The Contractor Must Submit In The Offer Appropriate Documents Describing Technical Parameters, Certificates Required By Law And Other Documents Authorizing The Given Materials (Products) For Use And Making It Possible To Clearly State That They Are Actually Equivalent.
