The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula, Consisting In The Construction Of A Warehouse For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. 2. The Investment Task Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For The Years 2025-2026.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz, 3) Fire Protection Guidelines Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Opz, 4) Designed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Provide At Least A 36-Month Warranty And Quality Guarantee Period For The Entire Completed Subject Of The Contract.
