The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: A) Preparatory Works: - Removal Of Fertile Soil On The Roadsides - Demolition Works - Measurement Works B) Earthworks - Excavations - Embankments - Terrain Profiling C) Execution Of Structural Layers Of Roadsides And Roads, D) Laying Of Overlay Layers Bituminous E) Finishing Works - Land Planting, Grassing. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Working Distance: - Municipal Road 108843L: From Km 0+757.70 To Km 0+985.70 - Section Length Approx. 228.00 Meters - Municipal Road 108844L: From Km 0+2.75 To Km 0+278.00 - Section Length Approx. 275.25Mb A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, With The Proviso That If The Content Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Contain Any Provisions Regarding The Evidence In Question, Warranty Periods, On-Site Inspection Or Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Rules For Introducing Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Draft Contract Or Are Inconsistent With Them, Should Be Accepted As Binding.
