The Subject Of The Order Includes: Purchase And Delivery Of Fertilizer Lime Intended For Liming Agricultural Land In The Głogów Commune In A Total Estimated Amount Of 749.375 Mg. The Contractor Will Deliver Deliveries In Two Weight Variants: 1) 25 Kg Bags - Number Of Pieces: 743, 2) 600 Kg Big Bag - Number Of Pieces: 1,218.3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order:1) Granulated Calcium Fertilizer With A Content Of Not Less Than 50% Cao, Reactivity Of 95 - 100%.2) Lime Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In Regulation (Eu) No. 2019/1009 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 5 June 2019 Laying Down Rules On Making Eu Fertilising Products Available On The Market, Amending Regulation (Ec) No. 1069/2009 And (Ec) No. 1107/2009 And Repealing Regulation (Ec) No. 2003/2003, The Act On Fertilizers And Fertilization Of July 10, 2007 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 569) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of September 8, 2010 On The Manner Packaging Of Mineral Fertilizers, Placing Information On Fertilizer Ingredients On These Packages, Method Of Testing Mineral Fertilizers And Types Of Fertilizer Lime (Journal Of Laws Of 2010, No. 183, Item 1229).3) Lime Fertilizer Must Contain The Eu Declaration Of Conformity And Technical Documentation. Each Package Containing Fertilizer Lime Should Have The Ce Marking. 4) The Total Estimated Quantity Of Fertilizer Lime Is 749.375 Mg, According To The Following Division: 600 Kg Big Bag - 1,218 Pcs. And 25 Kg Bags - 743 Pcs., Including Delivery And Unloading In The Głogów Commune To The Places Indicated In Annex No. 2 (List Of Real Estate) To The Swz. 5) The Costs Of Delivery And Unloading Of Lime To The Indicated Places (In Accordance With Annex No. 2 (List Of Real Estate) To The Swz), The Costs Of Loading, Transport And Unloading Are Borne By The Contractor.6) On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Detailed, Named List Of Farmers, Specifying The Amount Of Lime For Individual Farms - To Which Fertilizer Lime Should Be Delivered Based On Annex No. 2 (List Of Real Estate) To The Swz.7) Confirmation Delivery Of Fertilizer Lime Together With Technical Documentation Will Be Issued By The Contractor With A Wz Certificate Containing: Date Of Delivery, Name Of The Contractor, Name And Address Of The Farmer, Type Of Lime And Its Amount Due, Price And Value In Pln.8) Deliveries Should Be Made From Monday To Friday, Between 8:00 A.M. And 6:00 P.M.
