1) The Subject Of The Order Is To Support The Communes Activities In Ensuring The Safety Of People Staying In The Water Area Of ​​Lake Zegrze Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City And Commune Of Serock And To Ensure The Protection Of The Plaża Miejska Serock Swimming Area Located At Ul. Of February 24, 2021 - Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 411).• Provision Of At Least Three Motorized Rescue Vessels,• Provision Of At Least One Rescue Rowing Boat Or Board Sup;• Equipping The Bathing Area With Appropriate Rescue And Auxiliary Equipment Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of February 27, 2012 On The Requirements For Equipping Designated Water Areas With Rescue And Auxiliary Equipment, Signaling And Warning Devices As Well As Medical Equipment, Medicines And Sanitary Articles (I.E. Of July 8, 2022 - Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1607),• Maintaining Readiness Rescue;• Designating And Closing The Boundaries Of The Bathing Area After The End Of The Season, Including Zones For Swimmers And Non-Swimmers As Well As A Paddling Pool For Children;• Carrying Out Inspections Of The Water Area And Floating Equipment In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;• Ensuring The Safety Of People Practicing Water Sports In The Area Of Lake Zegrze Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City And Commune Of Serock, As Well As People Using The Bathing Area And The Beach, Including In Particular Constant Observation Of The Bathing Area By At Least 3 Lifeguards And Responding Immediately To Each Signal For Help And Undertaking Rescue Operations;• Organizing And Conducting Training;• Checking The Condition Of Devices And Equipment That Ensure The Safety Of Bathers, As Well As Its Repair And Maintenance (Constituted By The Contractor And Entrusted By The Ordering Party);• Controlling Zones For People Who Can And Cannot Swim;• Hanging Information F
