The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For An Investment Project Entitled: Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Building Of Public Kindergarten No. 22 Along With External Infrastructure In Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Covering In Particular The Following Scope: 1) Preparation Of Pre-Design Studies: A) Geodetic Studies, Geotechnical Documentation (If Necessary), B) Construction And Installation Inventory Of The Rooms Covered By The Study, C) Technical Expertise To The Extent Necessary, D) Technical Expertise On The State Of Fire Protection, Necessary To Obtain Agreement With The Relevant Experts, Other Necessary Studies2) Development Of A Program And Spatial Concept, Agreed With The User Of The Facility;3) Development Of Design Documentation Consisting Of: A) Construction Design Consisting Of: A.1. Plot Or Area Development Project, A.2. Architectural And Construction Design, A.3. Technical Design, A.4. Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection,A.5. A Set Of All Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Required By Law (Hereinafter Referred To As Formal And Legal Documents), Including Obtaining A Deviation From The Technical Conditions (If Necessary), B) Documentation For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or For Facilities To Be Demolished (If Necessary), C) Detailed Design For Individual Industries, D) Bill Of Quantities For Individual Industries; 4) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Individual Industries; 5) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate Along With A List Of Costs Investment.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including In Particular: 1) Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Kitchen Rooms; 2) Construction Of New Wall Coverings, Window Sills And Floors In The Rooms Covered By The Study; 3) Reconstruction Of The Food Preparation Process Line, Including The Purchase Of A Gas Catering Oven With Gas Burners, Purchase Of A Gas Stool And Agreement With The User On Other Necessary Devices; 4) Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation With Lighting In The Scope Covered By The Study And Checking The Power Demand; 5) Reconstruction Of The Water And Sewage Installation. To The Necessary Extent;6) Reconstruction Of The Gas Installation To The Necessary Extent;7) Reconstruction Of The Ventilation Installation, Including The Construction Of A Separate Mechanical Ventilation Installation For The Kitchen, Dishwashing Room, Peeling Room And Warehouse;8) Furniture And Equipment Of The Mentioned Rooms, Including The Purchase Of Two Freezers And Three Refrigerators;9) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Including A Fire Expert. And Sanitary Matters, Including Obtaining A Derogation (If Necessary);10) Replacement Of Door Joinery For The Rebuilt Rooms, Taking Into Account Verification Of Fire Protection Regulations;
