The Detailed Material Scope, Technical, Functional, Warranty And Service Requirements Are Determined By: 1) The Contractors Offer, 2) Specification Of The Order Terms, 3) Description Of The Subject Of The Order. These Documents Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract.3.
