The Subject Of The Order Is In The Scope Of Task Number 1 - Metal Filing Cabinet (4 Pieces). The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer. The Objective And Quantitative Scope And Detailed Parameters/Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference. The Requirements Specified In Annex No. Functions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Without Previous Use, Not Post-Exhibition, Free From Quantitative And Qualitative Defects, With Technical Parameters Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery, Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party And Assembly Of Furniture At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Task No. 1 Is 24 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Subject Of The Contract Confirmed By The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Comments. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers Only In The Cases Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Offering An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate It In The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, Only In The Cases And To The Extent Indicated In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. In Relation To Those Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract (Parameters) For Which The Ordering Party Has Allowed Equivalent Solutions And At The Same Time Requires Confirmation Of Their Equivalence. The Deadline For Completing The Entire Order, Including Assembly, In The Scope Of Task Number 1 - Up To 31 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
