The Purpose Of This Bidding Competition Is To Call On Interested Parties To Present Their Offers For The “Conservation Plan For Road Infrastructure Contingencies”. The Details Of The Works And Services Required Are Described In The Technical Specifications That Form An Integral Part Of These Administrative Bases And Must Comply, At Least, With The Minimum Technical Specifications Established Therein. The Period Of Execution Of The Services Will Be 15 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Delivery Of The Land Until The Expiration Of The Term Or Until The Established Budget Availability Expires, Whichever Occurs First, The Contract Will Be Terminated After The Cancellation Of The Last Payment Statement. Regardless Of The Above, The Municipality Reserves The Right To Increase The Stipulated Execution Period, Taking Into Account Special Circumstances, Whether Administrative Or Dependent On The Service, All In Accordance With Law No. 19,886. In Any Case, The Increase In Term Cannot Exceed The End Date Of The Signed Mandate Agreement. This Contract Corresponding To The Execution Of The “Conservation Plan For Road Infrastructure Contingencies” Is Part Of The Investment Project Of The Undersecretariat Of Transportation Called “Road Infrastructure Conservation Of The Metropolitan Public Transportation System”, Bip Code 40060778-0, Which Contemplates The Execution Of The Works And Services Stipulated In The Technical Specifications Of The Tender.
