Tenders are invited for Fanoole Drainage Canal Time-Related Charges Allow for reimbursement of all payments to the authorities for consumption of Electricity or the fuel cost for the Generators Allow for maintaining water supply facilities including payment of bills and other monthly charges and any other fees and payments in connection with the satisfactory supply of water. Allow for submission of three (03) copies of progress reports each with five (05) photographs monthly covering all major activities taken place during that period and adequate no of photograph to monitor the progress. Submission of one copy of weekly and monthly break-up programmes to the Engineers Representative for progress monitoring purposes. Allow provision for General Health, Safety and Environmental Management system for execution of works under the contract. The bidder should submit his comprehensive Safety and Environmental Management system. Carry out detailed engineering survey works for the Faanoole Drainage Channel, including topographic survey, longitudinal profiling, and cross-sectional measurements along the entire canal alignment. The works shall include establishing horizontal and vertical control points, benchmarks, and referencing the existing canal alignment. L.S. 1.00 mobilisation includes providing all conditions for works at the site - machines, equipment, staff/ employees requirements (office, camp, shelter, workshops, fuel/diesel station; the storage areas, construction and installation of the work site sign board (from side of the Contractor) and fencing; It is payable at HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) when all the employees requirements are ready at the site after approval of the engineer. rainy season and adverse weather conditions do not entitle for any extra payments. The Contractor shall also insure the Engineers office and equipment against fire and theft. The insurance policy shall also cover equipment belonging to the Employer and Employers Personnel that is kept in the office. Third party insurance and Insurance of Contractors equipment it is lump sum item; prolongation of works does not entitle the Contractor for extra payment or financial compensation. It is payable at HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) at the end of the construction work. Demobilization and clearance of the construction site 1.2 L.S. 1.00 1.3 This is a non-revisable fixed cost covering all the operations of disassembling and withdrawal of equipment/tools used for the construction work and shelters for the working Staff, the reconditioning of the borrow areas etc. It is payable at HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) at the end of the construction work, after the withdrawal of all temporary structures and the equipment/tools belonging to the Enterprise, after making the place tidy.
