Sør‑Aurdal Municipality Invites An Open Tender For A Framework Agreement For Plumbing Services. The Framework Agreement Covers The Supply Of Plumbing Services And Associated Materials In Connection With Operation, Maintenance, Repairs And Minor Projects On The Municipalitys Buildings And Municipal Water And Sewage Systems. The Agreement Covers Both Planned And Urgent Assignments. The Client Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Up To Three (3) Suppliers, Ranked As No. 1, No. 2 And No. 3. Supplier No. 1 Will Be The Primary Supplier. If The Primary Supplier Does Not Have Capacity, The Assignment Can Be Awarded To Supplier No. 2 Or No. 3. For Larger Assignments, The Client Can Conduct A Mini-Competition Between The Framework Agreement Suppliers. The Duration Of The Agreement Is 2 Years With An Option To Extend For A Further 1 + 1 Year. Allocation Takes Place On The Basis Of The Best Relationship Between Price, Environment And Quality. Environment Is Weighted At Least 30% In Line With Current Regulations.
