The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Revitalization Of The Public Space And The Construction Of The Legionářská Park And The Construction Of The Water Park. Public Space And Legionářská Park: The Main Goal Of The Revitalization Is The Barrier-Free Connection Of Legionářská Street With Sadová Street And Pod Tratí Street. The Proposal Envisages The Creation Of A Pedestrian Link Between Legionářská Street And Sadová Street. The Connection Between Sadová Street And Pod Tratí Street Is Designed As A Pedestrian/Cycling Path, Which Should Continue To The Liberecká Housing Estate In The Future (Separate Action). The Urban Concept Of The Given Location Is Further Changed By The Proposed Parking Lot In Sadová Street, As Well As The Revitalization Of The Vestibule And The Parking Lot At The Entrance To The Falconry. These Urban Interventions Are Primarily Aimed At Cultivating The Given Place And Improving Its Functional Use. The Material Solution Corresponds To Elements And Materials Used On Existing Roads And Paved Surfaces In Other Locations Of The City. Water Park: The Subject Of This Project Is A Proposal For The Modification Of The Right Bank Of The River Nisa Near The Center Of Hrádek Nad Nisou. This Is The Area Along Okružní Street, Nw In The Direction Of The Existing Brick Substation. The Basic Concept Of The Design Is The Creation Of A Side Branch Of The River With A Length Of Approx. 170 M. This New Side Branch Of The Lužická Nisa Will Be Made Accessible To People Through Terrain Improvements. The Basic Building Element Of The Proposal (Field Improvements) Are Concrete And Stone Elements, Which Form The Retaining Walls, The Bed Of The Side Arm Itself, Paved Areas, Etc. From The Point Of View Of Floods (Active Zone), The Proposed Improvement Is A Significant Improvement Of The Storage Capacity Of The Area, As The Earth Will Be Excavated In A Volume Of Over 8300 M3. Excavated Soil Will Be Taken Away And Used Elsewhere (E.G. In The Revitalization Of The Benar Site) Or Will Be Landfilled. The Resulting Alluvium Is Divided Into Several Different Parts. A Natural Amphitheater For Sitting With A Patch For Childrens Games, A Wild River With Rapids And A Connecting Biotope (Pond) With Aquatic Plants. The New Watercourse Has A Variable Width Of Around 3 M, And In Several Places It Is Supplemented With Stones Or Rectangular Stepping Stones, Which Can Be Used To Reach The Resulting Island. On The Island, We Propose A Small Educational Trail With Information Posts And A Mast With Flags, Which Will Be Created By Using The Existing Overhead Power Line. The Management Of The Hv Will Be Transferred For The Purposes Of The Proposed Water Park. The Mast Will Create (Even For More Distant Views) A Dominant Height And Thus Will Advertise The Place. An Integral Part Of The Implementation Of The Proposed Plan Is The Felling Of Trees And The Planting Of New Ones, Which Will Accompany The Proposed Landscaping And The Shape Of The Riverbed. The Plantings Will Contribute To The Appearance Of The Place As An Urban Nature Park. Plantings Also Include The Establishment Of An Orchard In The Se Part Of The Area Under Consideration. In Addition To The Relocation Of The Hv, There Will Also Be A Relocation Of The Existing Concrete Drainage Sewer, Including The Relocation Of The Outlet With A Cover (Change Of The Existing Route).
