North Karelias Procurement Process Requests An Offer For Growing Medium For The City Of Joensuu For The Contract Period 1.9.2026 - 31.8.2028 + One (1) Year Option. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Target Groups: 1. Dressed/Limited Growing Mediums (Trees, Shrubs And Perennials) 2. Lawns A1 - A3 And Backyards Growing Medium 3. Option: Biochar Growing Medium For Clothing/Restricted (Trees, Bushes And Perennials)4. Option: Biochar Growing Medium Lawns A1 - A3 And Home Yards Partial Offers By Target Group Are Allowed. The Growing Medium To Be Purchased Is Mostly Used For The Construction Of Lawns And Planting Areas In Parks And Street Areas, As Well As Public Areas. The Customer Orders A Growing Medium Suitable For His Use From The Products Offered, Either Delivered In Good Time To The Construction Site, Or The Customer Picks Up The Growing Medium From The Place Of Manufacture Of The Growing Medium Indicated By The Supplier. The Growing Medium To Be Purchased Is Mostly Used For The Construction Of Park And Street Areas As Well As Lawns And Planting Areas In Public Areas. The Total Amount Of Growing Medium Is Estimated To Be Approx. 2000 - 4000 M³/Year. The Delivery Quantities Of One Order Vary Between 20-300M³ On Average. Orders Are Made As Needed. Deliveries Are Scheduled For May-November. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Procurement Process Is Entirely In Finnish. The Goods Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities, E.G. In Terms Of Structure, Equipment, Work And Fire Safety, And Electrical Safety.
