Kymen Tuki Procures Periodic Maintenance Services For Flexible Scopes For The Period After The Warranty Period And Defect Repair Services For The Welfare Area Units In Kymenlaakso Central Hospital And Kouvola Ratamokeskus. The Devices To Be Serviced And Repaired Are Currently Olympus And Pentax Flexible Scopes. There Are Currently 111 Scopes In The Device Register. The Procured Service Must Meet The Requirements Of The Legislation For Maintenance Services (E.G. The Law On Medical Devices) And It Must Be In Accordance With The Maintenance Plan Of The Device Manufacturer. The Maintenance Service Must Be Of High Quality And Support The Maintenance Of The Equipment. The Customer Appreciates A Smooth And Efficient Service Process, Which Extends The Service Life Of The Equipment And Curbs Costs. A Rough Estimate For The Annual Purchase Amount Of The Service Is 150,000 Euros (Vat 0%). Will A Price Be Defined For The Maintenance Package (Central Unit, Light Source, Monitor) And Separate Prices For Additional Parts?- Separate Pricing For Each Device? Preliminary Competition Schedule- Market Dialogue May-June 2026- Preparation Of Request For Tender July-August 2026- Publication Of Request For Tender In August 2026- Comparison Of Offers And Procurement Decision October 2026- Finalization Of Procurement Contracts In November 2026- Beginning Of The Contract Period 1 January 2027 The Contract Procedure Is Planned To Be A Framework Arrangement Of Three Suppliers, Where The Service Is Procured In Order Of Priority By Sub-Area. The Duration Of The Contract Would Be 24 Months + A Possible Option.
