The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 10 In Klutsohor District, Sliven. The Building Is Intended Entirely For Residential Purposes. It Consists Of Five Entrances -A /8 Floors/, B /7 Floors/, C /6 Floors/, D /5 Floors/, E /5 Floors/. Total Number Of Independent Objects - 79. Each Of The Residential Entrances Has A Basement In Which The Storage Rooms Are Located. The Building Was Built According To The System Of Large-Panel Residential Construction /Epzhs/. The Roof Is Flat, With Uninhabitable Under-Roof Space. Each Entrance Has A Separate Stairwell And Elevator. The Current State Of The Building - Class C. Anticipated Energy-Saving Measures: 1. Thermal Insulation Of The External Walls. 2. Thermal Insulation Of A Roof. 3. Thermal Insulation Of The Floor. 4. Replacement Of The Unreplaced Joinery With A New One. 5. Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures In Common Areas.
