The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select An External Contractor To Carry Out Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) At The Site: Improvement Of The Public Environment In Oki Stolichna Library And Dkc Ii - Sofia Under The Beautiful Bulgaria Project In Implementation Of Agreement No. Rd-17-38/ 21.04.2026, Concluded Between The Sredets Co-District And The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy (Mlsp) For The Financing Of The Project Proposal Of The Sredets Co-District Approved By Decision No. 1/2026 Of The Pkb Management Board Under Measure M01 Improving The Public Environment In Populated Areas. The Total Term For The Implementation Of The Construction Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement Is 4 (Four) Months. The Term For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Starts From The Date Of The Opening Of The Construction Site, But No Later Than 7 Days After The Date Of Signing The Contract For Construction Work And Ends With The Signing Of A Protocol For Ascertaining The Completed Work Construction, Prepared According To The Sample Of The Pkb Annex - Protocol Of Completed Work Construction, According To The Terms Of The Contract For Construction Work The Construction Subject To The Contract Must Be Completed By November 31, 2026 Inclusive, And Documented No Later Than November 27, 2026. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop, The Requirements Of The Employer For The Scope, Volume And Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Are Described In Detail And Regulated In The Technical Specification And In The Attached Project Documentation, An Integral Part Of The Documentation.
