The Subject Of The Public Procurement And The Requirements For The Performance Of Supplies Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications And The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. Estimated Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specifications Are For A Period Of 6 Months. The Public Contract Is Awarded By Collecting Bids With An Announcement In Accordance With The Law On Public Procurement. After A Public Procurement With The Identifier In Cais/Eop 00877-2024-0015, A Contract Was Concluded For The Supply Of Medical Consumables - Gloves. In The Course Of The Execution Of The Contract, Letters Were Received From The Company With A Request To Change The Unit Prices When Renewing The Contract For The Supply Of The Medical Consumables, The Subject Of The Award. At The Present Time, According To The Concluded Contract, Deliveries Of Medical Consumables - Gloves - Necessary For The Operation Of The Medical Facility Are Not Being Carried Out. The Contracting Authority Has The Right, Depending On Its Needs And The Financial Resources At Its Disposal, Not To Assign Supplies For The Entire Value Of The Contract. The Term Of The Contract With Which This Public Procurement Will Be Awarded Is 6 Months, Until An Open Procedure For The Award Of Supplies Is Held.
