Deadline For Delivery, Installation And Commissioning: The Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Order Is The Time From Receipt Of The Contract Letter From The Contractor To The Completion Of The Delivery And Installation Of The Equipment And Cannot Be More Than 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days. Term And Validity Of Proposals - 6 Months From The Expiry Of The Deadline For Submission Of Proposals. This Term Can Be Extended Until The Conclusion Of The Contract For Awarding The Order. The Contracting Authority May Ask The Participants To Extend The Period Of Validity Of The Offers Until The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Participant Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure For Awarding This Public Contract If He Submits An Offer With A Shorter Period Of Validity Or Refuses To Extend The Period Of Validity Of His Offer After Sending An Invitation By The Contracting Authority And Within The Period Specified Therein.
