The Work Will Include Tonnage As Determined By The Supervisor(S) Of Public Works, Including Tack Coat. The Tenderers Shall Submit A Detailed List Of All Repairs To Be Made Within The Towns Limits. The List Must Include Approximate Quantities, Materials Used, And The Nature Of The Repair. The List Must Be Established During The Site Visit With The Director Of Public Works. The Tenderers Are Responsible For Scheduling The Site Visit With The Director Of Public Works Before May 28, 2026. Sealed Tenders Marked Asphalt Concrete Pavement - Patching Project No. 2026-200 Will Be Accepted By The Undersigned Before 2:00 P.M., Local Time, Thursday, June 2Nd, 2026, At The Reception Of The Municipality Of Saint-Quentin, 10 Desch Nes St., N.B., E8a 1M1 Or By Mail At Ville@Saintquentin.Nb.Ca. There Will Be No Public Tender Opening. Bidders Are Responsible For Ensuring The Bids Are Deposited By This Time. Tenders Received After The Specified Time Shall Not Be Considered. Tenders Must Be Filled Out For Each Item On The Provided Schedule Of Prices Forms. All Pages Marked Complete And Return With Tender Must Be Submitted To The Municipality In Accordance With All Of The Requirements Of These Tender Documents.
