Mixed Doubles Contract And Supply Of The Theater-Auditorium Mestre Benaiges.The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works And The Supply Of Equipment For The New Theatre-Auditorium In Mont-Roig Del Camp. The Qualification Of The Contract Complies With The Provisions Of Art. 34.2 Of The Lcsp, According To Which: Benefits Corresponding To Different Contracts Can Only Be Merged Into A Mixed Contract When These Benefits Are Directly Linked To Each Other And Maintain Complementary Relationships That Demand Their Consideration And Treatment As A Functional Unit Aimed At The Satisfaction Of A Certain Need Or Attaining An Own Institutional Purpose Of The Contracting Entity.
