Construction Work - Request For Participation: Siltamäki School And Daycare Center, Rental Project. The Object Of The Acquisition Is A School And Daycare Center In Siltamäki, Which Will Be Planned And Implemented As A Rental Property. The Project Will Be Carried Out On A Plot Owned By The Customer At Siltakyläntie 9. The Current Building On The Plot Will Be Demolished, And A New School And Daycare Center Will Be Built In Its Place, Located On The Same Property. Based On Kaskos Needs Description, There Should Be 650 Spaces In The School And 42 Spaces In Pre-School Education. The School Will Have Grades 1–9. The Use Of The Current Building Will End In The Summer Of 2027. It Is Planned To Start Basic Education At The Site No Later Than The Beginning Of 2030. The Customer Rents The Object With A 20-Year Lease And Makes A Separate 50-Year Lease For The Lot. The Suitability Requirements For Procurement Are Described In The Espd And In Appendix 4 Reference Requirements.
