The Subject Of The Procurement Are Planning Services For The Technical Building Services (Tga) For The System Groups Heating, Ventilation And Sanitation As Part Of The Renovation Of A Gymnasium On The Grounds Of The Lwl University Hospital Hamm. The Measure Includes The Energetic And Functional Modernization Of An Existing Building With The Aim Of Using The Gymnasium For Therapeutic Purposes Within Child And Adolescent Psychiatric Care In The Future. In Particular, The Requirements For Health-Promoting, Patient- And Staff-Friendly And Economical Use Must Be Taken Into Account. The Services To Be Provided Include The Complete Planning Of The Technical Building Equipment For The Areas Of Heating, Ventilation And Sanitation Based On A Functional And Spatial Program As Well As A Room Book That Has Yet To Be Developed. The Planning Must Be Coordinated With The Other Specialist Disciplines (Architecture, Structural Planning, Fire Protection, Accessibility).
