This Commitment Is In Line With Irados Social Objectives And The Desire To Give Practical Shape To Social And Inclusive Employment. Irado Prefers To Organize The Deployment Of Sroi Employees Primarily Via Stroomopsprong Or Promen. These Parties Have A Direct Connection With The Municipalities That Are Shareholders In Irado And Therefore Fit In Well With The Public And Social Context Of Irado. At The Same Time, In Practice It Appears That Stroomopelijk And Promen Do Not In All Cases Have Sufficient Capacity Available To Meet Irados Entire Personnel Demand. Irado Therefore Wants To Organize The Additional Deployment Of Sroi Employees Correctly, Structurally And In Terms Of Procurement Law, Through A European Tender. The Aim Is To Contract Several Suitable Parties, So That: Continuity In Staffing Is Guaranteed; A Fixed Cooperation Structure Is Created; Clear Agreements Are Made In Advance About Rates, Guidance, Quality, Employability And Cooperation; Deployment Can Take Place Quickly And Efficiently For Specific Personnel Needs. Awarding Is Reserved, In Accordance With Article 2.82 Of The Public Procurement Act 2012, To Sw Companies. This Means That Only Sheltered Employment Facilities/Enterprises Can Register For This Assignment. This Concerns: Sheltered Workshops; Entrepreneurs Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People At A Distance From The Labor Market; Protected Employment Programs; Or Equivalent Organizations. This Is Defined In The Procurement Act As Follows: Provided That At Least 30% Of Their Employees Consist Of Disabled Or Disadvantaged Employees. In This Tender, People Who Are Distanced From The Labor Market Are In Any Case Defined As People Who Do Not Have Independent And Sustainable Access To The Regular Labor Market Due To An Employment Disability, Social Or Social Vulnerability, Long-Term Benefit Situation Or Other Obstacles. This May Include Persons From The Job Agreement Target Group, Persons With An Indication Of Sheltered Work, Persons With A Wia, Wao Or Participation Act Background, As Well As Other Persons Who Are Comparable In Nature And Scope And Who Are Demonstrably Guided By The Tenderer Towards Participation And Employment. When Registering, The Tenderer Must Demonstrate: As Proof, The Intended Contractor Must Submit A Copy Of The Pso 30+ (Abw) Certificate Or Another Means Of Proof (Registration With The Chamber Of Commerce Based On Sbi Code: 32991 - Sheltered Employment) To Irado.
