Cycle Path Construction Work – Development Of The V52 Cycle Route Between Maron And Lay-Saint-Rémy - Phase 4.2. This Is An Ordinary Contract Concluded From Its Notification Date And With An Expected Duration Of 4 Months For The Completion Of All The Work, Not Included In The Execution Time, A Preparation Period Of One Month. The Execution Of The Market Preparation Period Begins From The Notification Of The Market. The Execution Of The Work Begins From The Date Fixed By The Service Order Prescribing To Begin The Work. The Date Of Notification Of The Contract Announced Above Is Not Indicative And In No Way Binds The Community. The Services Are Remunerated By Applying The Unit Prices Indicated In The Bpu To The Quantities Actually Executed. An On-Site Visit Is Recommended. The Arrangements For Organizing The Visit Are Available In The Consultation Regulations. In Accordance With Article L 2112-2 Of The Public Procurement Code, This Contract Includes A Mandatory Inclusion Clause. The Contract Provides For The Possibility Of Subsequently Entrusting The Contract Holder With One Or More Contracts Aimed At Carrying Out Similar Services.
