Statistics Finland Obtains Annually Updated Regional New Construction Prices By Building Category. The Acquired Data Is Combined At Statistics Finland With The Construction Measures Data Obtained From The Finnish Environment Agency Based On The Building Category, Time And Location. The Subject Of The Procured Service Is Tabular Data (Csv Or Excel) To Be Delivered Once A Year, Which Contains A Regional, Construction Stage-Specific, Fixed And Current New Price For Each Typical Building In The 98 Building Categories Of The 2018 Building Classification. In Addition To New Prices, The Service Includes The Option Of The Right To Publish Grouped New Price Data (€/Brm²) For The Implementation Of Real Estate Taxation. Statistics Finland Decides On The Implementation Of The Option During The Contract Period.
