Construction Work – Riet Ii Waterworks, Lot 2: Building Construction (Builder). The Rwsg Supplies Around 150,000 People And Numerous Companies In The Lake Constance Region To St. Gallen. Due To Increasing Water Demand, A Lack Of Redundancies And Existing Studies, The Rwsg Is Planning To Build A New Seawater Plant Next To The Riet High-Pressure Pumping Station In Goldach To Ensure The Long-Term Regional Water Supply. The Construction Of The New Building Was Divided Into Several Lots. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Building Construction (Builder) Lot. This Tender Covers The Services In The Following Areas: * Construction Site Equipment * Scaffolding, Temporary Railings, Etc. (Also For Third-Party Companies) * Reinforced Concrete Construction * Masonry Work * Sealing Work * Builder Excavation Work There Are Numerous Interfaces With Lot 1 (Civil Engineering), Lot 4 (Process Engineering) And Lot 5 (Building Envelope). Smaller Work Also Needs To Be Carried Out In The Riet High-Pressure Pumping Station (Pump Base). Construction Work Will Begin On April 1, 2027. The Main Work Must Be Completed By April 30, 2028. All Work Is Scheduled To End At The End Of 2028.
