Construction Work For Water And Sewage Pipelines – Vfr Fjordforbindelsen Construction Contract. This Tender Concerns The Purchase And Execution Of A Main Contract With Project Development Regarding The Establishment Of A New Transmission Line Between Gerlev Vandværk In Hornsherred And Marbæk Trykforøger In Frederikssund For Novafos A/S And Its Group-Related Companies Cf. Tender Annex E – Group-Related Companies The Undertaking Includes The Establishment Of Approx. 5.8 Km Of Transmission Line On Land And An Approx. 1.5 Km Fjord Crossing Under Roskilde Fjord, Which Is Expected To Be Carried Out By Controlled Underboring. The Project Is Carried Out As A Main Contract With An Initial Project Development Phase, Where The Contractor, In Collaboration With The Client And General Consultant, Contributes To Qualifying The Project, Including Method Selection, Construction Logistics, Risk Assessment, Budgeting And Time Planning. The Purpose Of The Project Development Phase Is, Among Other Things, To Ensure That The Project Is Developed On An Informed Basis With A Particular Focus On Minimizing The Impact On The Environment, Including Roskilde Fjord And The Surrounding Natural Areas. The Contractors Experience With Execution Methods, Drilling Techniques, Logistics And Risk Management Must Here Contribute To Identifying Solutions That Support An Environmentally Responsible Implementation Of The Construction Works.
