The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Supply Of Electricity In The Area Of The City Of Kaštela In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Cost List, Which Are An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation. The Delivered Electricity Must Contain A Minimum Of 50% Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. Energy From Renewable Sources, Or Renewable Energy, Is Energy From Non-Fossil Sources, For Example Wind Energy, Solar Energy (Thermal And Photovoltaic) And Geothermal Energy, Energy From The Environment, Energy From Tides And Other Ocean Energy, Hydropower, Biomass, Gas Obtained From Waste, Gas Obtained From Waste Water Treatment Devices And Biogas (Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 22 Of The Electricity Market Act, Official Gazette No. 111/21, 83/23 And 17/25).
