Removal And Import Of Surgical Linen, Delivery Of Surgical Linen To Individual Departments At The Clients Headquarters And Removal Of Used Surgical Linen From These Delivery Points, Using The Handling And Transport Equipment And Personnel Of The Selected Supplier And In Compliance With The Hygiene Standards Set By Decree 306/2012 Coll., On The Conditions For Preventing The Emergence And Spread Of Infectious Diseases And Hygiene Requirements For The Operation Of Healthcare Facilities And Social Care Institutions, As Amended. For The Purposes Of This Public Contract, Surgical Clothes Mean Surgical Gowns, Surgical Trousers And Surgical Gowns. All Delivered Pieces Must Be Equipped With An Electronic Chip. The Service Will Be Provided For 48 Months.
