Vehicle-Fleet Management Services – Vehicle Fleet Rental, Fleet Management. Long-Term Lease And Full-Scale Operation Of The Road Fleet For Mvm Démász Áramhárosati Kft. Quantity: A Total Of 98 Vehicles (Basic Quantity) + 20 Optional Quantities. The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw 100% Of The Basic Quantity Indicated Above. The Successful Tenderer Is Obliged To Provide The Following Related Fleet Management Services During The Entire Duration Of The Contract: 1. Ordering, Putting Into Service And Delivery Of A Vehicle 2. Long-Term Leasing Of A Vehicle 3. Insurance Administration For Damage Events 4. Organization Of Winter-Summer Tire Changes, Tire Maintenance And Repair 5. Maintenance And Repair Services 6. Assistance Service 7. Reporting 8. Taxes And Duty Payments (Except For Company Tax And Vehicle Tax/Weight Tax) 9. Authority Administration The Detailed Technical Description, Quantity, As Well As The Superstructures And Additions For Each Vehicle Are Contained In The Public Procurement Documents List Of Requirements And Price Table And The Technical Specification. A Detailed Description Of The Fleet Operation Is Contained In The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract. The Tenderer Does Not Accept Used, Dismantled Vehicles, I.E. The Vehicles To Be Offered Must Be New. New Vehicle: A Vehicle That Has Not Been Put On The Market Either In Hungary Or Abroad, And Has Not Been Used As A Demonstration Or Test Vehicle. The Procurement Also Includes The Delivery Of The New Vehicles To The Fulfillment Locations According To Point Ii.2.3), As Stipulated In The Draft Contract. The Bidder Is Not Expected To Offer Vehicles Of The Same Type And With The Same Fuel Drive Within Each Vehicle Category. If Any Part Of The Public Procurement Documents Contains A Reference To A Thing Of Some Make, Type, Or Origin, Procedure, Trademark, Patent, Activity, Person, Origin Or Production Process, The Bidder Accepts The Equivalent Performance In Accordance With Art. 321/2015. (X. 30.) Based On Section 46 (3) Of Government Decree. 397/2022 On The Promotion Of The Procurement Of Clean Road Vehicles In Order To Support Low-Emission Mobility. (X. 20.)
