The Cnrs Mixed Research Unit N°7564 (Lcpme) Wishes To Acquire An Inverted Confocal Microscope For High-Throughput Analysis. This Equipment Will Make It Possible To Strengthen The Activities Below And Open Up New Research Perspectives: • Analysis Of Bacteria And Biofilms; • Analysis Of Fluorescence And Optical Transmission/Reflection Simultaneously To Enrich In-Situ/In-Operand Analysis Information With Electrochemical Measurements; • Coupling With Electrochemical Microscopy And/Or Gel Probes, In Order To Correlate Electrochemical Measurements And Morphologies At The Micrometric And Submicrometric Scale. This Equipment May Be Offered New (Basic Offer) Or Used (Variant) With A Maximum Age Of Five (5) Years. However, The Confocal Imaging System, Objectives, Filters And Xy Piezo Stage Must Be New.
