Software Package And Information Systems – Software Support For The Virtualization Environment In 2026. Program Support For The Virtualization Environment 2026 In Accordance With The Technical Specification/Bill Of Costs (Consisting Of The Special Conditions, Technical Basis And Bill Of Costs), Applicable Laws, Rules, Regulations, Regulations And Rules Of The Profession. The Subject Procurement Includes The Extension Of Existing Licenses And Associated Manufacturer Software Support For The Clients Virtualization Environment. Within The Scope Of The Procurement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure: O The Right To Lawful Use Of Existing Licenses During The Entire Contractual Period, O Continuity Of The Manufacturers Software Support For A Period Of Thirty-Six (36) Months From The Day Of Activation, O Access To Security Patches And Technical Corrections Published By The Manufacturer, O Access To New Functional Versions Of The Software That Are Available Within The License Model, O The Possibility Of Opening Technical Requests To The Manufacturer In Case Of Incidents Or Technical Difficulties, O Access To The Manufacturers Portal For Downloading Software And Documentation. The Licenses That The Contractor Will Deliver Under This Agreement Must Be Fully Compatible With The Clients Existing Infrastructure And Enable The Continued Use Of Existing Functionalities, Without The Need To Change The Architecture Of The Virtualization System. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Full License Compliance For The Duration Of The Contract. In The Event Of A Change In The Manufacturers License Model During The Contract Period, The Contractor Must Ensure Continuity Of Use Of The Functionality Without Additional Costs For The Client.
