The Contract Will Be Awarded To A Group Of Companies According To The General Conditions In Point 5, Made Up Of A Civil Engineering Works Company And A Landscaping Works Company. The Project Consists Of A Complete Redevelopment Of Place Vignettaz-Daler. The Work Involves A Massive De-Waterproofing Of The Soil, Converting Two Thirds Of The Mineral Surfaces Into Vegetated Areas, In Particular By Removing The Current Parking Lot In Favor Of A Multi-Purpose Lawn And A Childrens Play Area. The Existing Plant Heritage Will Be Preserved And Supplemented By The Planting Of 17 New Trees And Shrub And Herbaceous Layers. The Kiosk Will Be Renovated And Its Opening Reoriented Towards A Multi-Purpose Gravel Plot. The Developments Also Include The Renovation Of The Basketball Court Into A Multi-Sport Area With Flexible And Semi-Permeable Surface, The Installation Of A Playground With Fun Aquatic Activities Supplied By The Drinking Water Network, Related Roadworks To Create Meeting Areas On The Vignettaz And Poudrière Roads, The Planting Of Plant Beds Along The Roadway, The Redevelopment And Compliance Of The Bus Stop At The Lhand (Including Lc And Lc Masts) On The Villars Road, As Well As The Installation Of New Street Furniture And A Lighting Concept.
